Women Cell / Internal Complaint Cell

The college has Women Protection Cell /Internal Complaint Cell since 2013-14. The cell has been established in order to protect the women staff and students associated with the college from any sorts of injustice or sexual harassment of any nature directly and indirectly.

Objectives

The Women Protection Cell functions with the following objectives

1. To make them aware of their rights.
2. To give them training on self Defense.
3. To help them in knowing the importance of good health, nutrition and facilities available for them.
4. To help them in developing decision making abilities and be self-dependent.
5. To incorporate hygienic habits and ensure a healthy atmosphere in and around the college.
6. To help them in raising their voice against all kinds of discrimination.
7. To organize expert talks on women related issues
8. To help them in changing their mind setup.
9. To assist them in developing their overall personality.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
 
Papers are invited from the Principals, IQAC Coordinators, Members & Other Stakeholders.

✓          Institutionalization of IQAC.
 
✓          Qualitative & Quantitative Metrics.
 
✓          Students Satisfactory Survey for Overall Institutional Performance.
 Use of ICT, LMS & E-Learning Resources for Creative & Innovative Teaching  Learning Process.
✓          Innovation Ecosystem and Incubation.
 
✓          Extension, Best Practices and Institutional Distinctiveness.
 
✓          Academic and Administrative Audit.
 
✓          Preparation of Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) of HEI according to revised guidelines
 
✓          Post Accreditation Initiative for quality assessment, sustenance and enhancement.
 
✓          Human Values & Professional Ethic.
 
(Any other topic that comes under the purview of the thrust areas will also be accepted)
 
Text formatting:
✓         Papers should be typewritten on A4 size pages and 1.5 spaced. (only in English).
 
✓          Papers should be submitted only in .doc format. (word document)
 
✓          Font of the text should be Times New Roman with 12-point font size and justified alignment.
 
✓          Title in Block Letters, Centre align, 16 pt, Subtitle 14 pt Times New Roman.
 
✓          followed by author(s), name(s), designation (s) and institution (s) 12 pt, right aligned.
 
✓          Tab for paragraph indent — 0.5 cm, no space between paragraphs.
 
✓          Do not indent first paragraph of the paper. Do not use footnotes.
 
✓          Works Cited should be given in alphabetical order.
 
Abstract and key words
✓         An abstract of 150-200 words should be given with 5-10 key words in alphabetical order.
 
✓       The abstract should be italicized with single spacing. Use 0.5 cm indent from both the sides for abstract. Work Cited list: Basic format: Last name, First name. Title of Book. Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of Publication. Medium of Publication.
 
Last date for submission:- 20th Nov 2018 (No papers will be accepted after the last date)

1. Renuka College has stood 2nd position in Cross Country intercollegiate competition organised by R.T.M. Nagpur University.
2. Akash Bhoyar (B.A. I) has been selected in R.T.M.N.U. Cross Country Team to take part  in All Indian Inter University Tournaments  held in Karnataka.
